Account settings
Change your name and password, sign out other devices, review your agreements or delete your account.
Open Settings from the menu on your user card at the bottom of the sidebar.
Profile
Change your full name. It's shown to members of your organisations, including in the Started by column of results. Your email address can't be changed; Profile shows whether it's verified.
Security
- Change password: enter your current password and the new one twice. Changing it signs you out on every other device.
- Other devices: sign out everywhere except the browser you're using now, for example after using a shared computer.
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the emailed link. Resetting it also signs you out everywhere else.
Appearance
Choose Light or Dark. The choice is saved in this browser; you can also press D to switch.
Organisations
Lists the organisations you belong to and your role in each.
Legal
Shows the version and date of each agreement you accepted (Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement) with a link to its text. When an agreement changes, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
Delete your account
Account → Delete account removes your account permanently.
- For each organisation you own that other people use, you first choose a new Owner or close that organisation.
- An organisation where you're the only member is deleted together with your account.
- Your work in organisations that stay open is kept and shown as made by "Deleted user".
To confirm, type DELETE. You're signed out and can't sign in again.
