Analysis

Upload a transcript

Which files you can upload, the two upload steps and what happens after you start an analysis.

You start every analysis by uploading a transcript of a meeting. AviosXR CRM doesn't record or transcribe meetings itself, so use the transcript your meeting tool already produces.

Supported files

FormatTypical source
TXT (UTF-8)Copied or exported plain-text transcripts
VTTTeams, Zoom, Google Meet and most video tools
SRTSubtitle exports
DOCXWord documents, such as a Teams transcript download

The upload area shows the maximum file size. Empty files, other formats and files that are too long to analyse in one go are rejected with an explanation before anything is saved. Content is never silently cut short.

Timestamps and speakers

If your file contains speaker names and times, they are kept and shown with the evidence. If it doesn't, the analysis still works; it just won't invent times or speakers that aren't in the file.

Start an analysis

Go to Analysis → Upload and drop a file into the upload area, or select it to browse. A New analysis window opens with two steps:

Question set. Choose the saved question set the analysis should answer. If your organisation has none yet, an Owner or Admin needs to create one first.

Customer. Tell us who the meeting was with:

  • Existing customer links the analysis to a customer you already have.
  • New customer creates a customer with the name you type. This option is available to Owners and Admins.
  • No customer keeps the analysis unlinked for now.

An Owner or Admin can change this later from the result page, so pick No customer if you are unsure.

Choose Start analysis. The window shows the upload progress and closes once the file is safely stored. Closing the window before that, or choosing Cancel, creates nothing.

What happens next

The new upload appears in the list under the upload area. Its status updates on its own while the transcript is prepared and analysed, usually within a few minutes. You don't need to keep the page open: the bell in the top bar notifies you when the analysis completes or fails.

The list on this page shows uploads that are still running plus your five most recent finished ones. To find older uploads, use Results.

Processing limits

To keep the service fair for everyone, the number of analyses you and your organisation can start per hour and per day is limited. If you reach a limit, the app tells you; try again a little later.
