Home and notifications
Your organisation at a glance, and how you hear about finished analyses.
Home
Home is the first page you see after signing in. It shows the organisation that is currently active and your role in it.
- Setup banners appear when your organisation has no question set or no organisation context yet. Owners and Admins get a button to fix it right away; Members are asked to contact an Owner or Admin. You can dismiss a banner; it stays hidden in this browser.
- Workspace totals count your customers, analyses, completed and failed analyses, and members. Select a card to go to the matching page.
- Analysis outcomes breaks down every upload by its current status.
- Get set up is a short checklist that disappears once each step is done.
- Recent results lists your last five completed or failed analyses.
Use Upload transcript at the top of Home to start a new analysis from anywhere.
Switching organisations
If you belong to more than one organisation, use the Active Organisation selector at the top of the sidebar. Everything you see, from analyses to customers, belongs to the organisation selected there.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar shows how many notifications you haven't read yet. You are notified when:
- an analysis completes or fails (including uploads that could not be processed), and
- someone joins, is removed from or changes role in your organisation.
Select a notification to see the details and jump to the analysis or the members page. Mark all as read clears the counter. Routine progress, such as an upload being accepted or a retry starting, is shown in the analysis list instead of as a notification.
Light and dark mode
Use the sun or moon button in the top bar, or press D anywhere outside a text field, to switch between light and dark mode. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
