Organisation context

Tell the analysis about your business once, so every result understands your terms and goals.

The analysis only sees the transcript. Organisation context gives it a little background about your side of the conversation: what you sell, who your customers are and what you're trying to achieve.

Find it under Organisations → Context. Owners and Admins can edit it; Members can read it.

The two fields

  • Background and business: what your company does, your products or services, your market and any terms or abbreviations you use.
  • Vision and goals: your mission, priorities and business goals, so the analysis can tell what matters to you.

Both are optional and can hold up to 5,000 characters each. A few clear sentences are usually enough.

Example

"We sell industrial cleaning equipment to food producers in Europe. 'PM plan' means our preventive maintenance contract. This year we focus on turning trial installations into three-year service agreements."

How it's used

Context helps the analysis interpret what was said; it never replaces what was said. If the transcript doesn't mention a budget, context can't make one up.

Each upload uses the context as it was when the file was uploaded. Changing the context later affects new uploads only; existing results stay as they are.
