Search, filter and sort every analysis in your organisation, and understand what each status means.
Analysis → Results lists every upload in your organisation, newest first.
Search, filter and sort
- Search looks at the file name, customer name, question set name and the name of the person who started the analysis. Type at least three characters.
- Filters narrows the list by status, approval state, customer (including No customer), question set, file type and the date the file was submitted.
- Sort by switches between newest and oldest first.
Your search and filters are kept when you open a result and come back.
Statuses
While an analysis runs, its row shows a short status. Hover over it to read a longer explanation.
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Queued, Processing, Processed | The file is stored and the transcript is being prepared. | Nothing; the row updates by itself. |
| AI queued, Analyzing | The prepared transcript is being analysed with your question set. | Wait a few minutes. |
| Retrying | A temporary problem occurred and another attempt is scheduled. | Wait; most of these resolve themselves. |
| Waiting | The transcript is ready but the analysis can't start yet. | Open the result to see why. |
| Failed | The file couldn't be used or the analysis couldn't finish. | Open it to see why, then Retry or upload a corrected file. |
| Incomplete | The upload never finished arriving. | Upload the file again. |
| Superseded | A newer analysis of the same transcript replaced this one, for example after speakers were renamed. | Open the newer result instead. |
Once an analysis finishes, the row shows its review state instead: Pending review, Approved or Needs re-approval. See Review and approve a result.
Retrying an analysis
A retry runs the analysis again with the same file, question set and settings. Because it calls the AI again, it may count towards your usage. The app asks you to confirm before it retries.
Who started an analysis
The Started by column shows the current name of the member who uploaded the file. If they later change their name, the column follows; if they leave the organisation, their uploads and analyses stay.
