Customers

Keep one record per customer, built from the meeting results your team has approved.

A customer is a company or person your organisation meets with. Each customer's page collects what your team has confirmed across all of their meetings.

Add customers

Customers are created while you work, so there is no separate form to fill in:

  • when you upload a transcript and choose New customer, or
  • when you change a result's customer and create a new one there.

Only Owners and Admins can create customers. Customer names are unique within your organisation.

Find a customer

Customers in the sidebar lists everyone in your organisation. Use Search customers to filter by name, then select a customer to open their page.

The customer page

A customer's page has two parts:

  • Overview counts the customer's analyses by review state and shows the approved findings: the summaries, requirements, action items and answered questions taken from approved results. Each item keeps its evidence and a link back to the meeting it came from.
  • Analyses lists every meeting linked to this customer, using the same table as Results.

Only approved results build the record

Drafts never reach the customer record. When a result is approved, its findings are added. If someone edits that result afterwards, its items are marked Needs re-approval until it is approved again. See Review and approve a result.

Change which customer a meeting belongs to

Owners and Admins only.

Open the result and use Change next to the customer name. You can choose another customer, create a new one or choose No customer. The analysis is not run again, but an approved result needs to be approved again before its findings move to the new customer.

Delete a customer

Owners and Admins only.

Use Delete customer on the Customers list or on the customer's page, then confirm. The customer is removed, but their analyses, reports and transcripts stay. Those analyses show No customer and can be linked to another customer later.
