Organisations
Your organisation is your team's shared workspace. Learn how to switch, create and manage organisations.
Everything in AviosXR CRM, from transcripts and analyses to customers and question sets, belongs to an organisation. Members of the same organisation see the same data; nobody outside it does.
You can belong to several organisations, for example your own company and a partner's. Each has its own members, customers and analyses.
Your organisations
Organisations in the sidebar lists every organisation you belong to and your role in each. The organisation you are currently working in is highlighted.
- To switch organisation, use the Active Organisation selector at the top of the sidebar.
- To create a new one, choose Create organisation and enter a name. You become its Owner.
- To see who else is in an organisation, select the members icon in its row. See Members and invitations.
Roles
Each member has one of three roles:
| Role | In short |
|---|---|
| Owner | Has every permission. There is exactly one Owner, who can also transfer ownership or close the organisation. |
| Admin | Manages members, question sets and context, and reviews and approves results. |
| Member | Uploads transcripts and reads everything, but can't edit or approve results. |
